One of the best Apps for the Chinese classroom is: Moxier Collage App. Once the students understand a few basic greetings, and can express simple information about themselves, you can use the technology of an iPod Touch or an iPad to integrate technology into your classes.
This App is very simple to use, and students can input Chinese characters and images (even their own photos) and create posters and all types of media to share with the class.
